SUCCESSTEAM
The Charitable Foundation of Aiken selected Successteam as one of two beneficiaries chosen for the 2023-2024 fundraising campaign. Successteam, a 501c3 nonprofit, specializes in educational youth development.
One of the Foundation’s founding members, Kathleen Bennett, recently sat down with a Successteam member, Jayden Broughton of South Aiken High School, to learn how he personaly has benefitted from both organizations.
FAMILY PROMISE OF AIKEN COUNTY
On June 7, 2025, The Charitable Foundation of Aiken hosted its inaugural Polo ‘n Blues Fundraiser at La Bourgogne Polo Club to support two local charities. Among them was Family Promise of Aiken County which empowers families facing housing crises to achieve financial stability and lasting independence.

AIKEN CENTER FOR THE ARTS
The other beneficiary featured at the Polo ‘n Blues event was The Aiken Center for the Arts. They believe that creativity is at the core of the human spirit, that art transforms lives and impacts the Aiken community in a powerful way. Their art and music camps for children ages 5-10 and special needs children, specialized creative programs for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients, and the Aiken Youth Orchestra and Ensemble are just a few of their offerings.
