MISSION
The mission of the The Charitable Foundation of Aiken is to pledge our resources to organizations that create life-changing opportunities for the residents of Aiken County, South Carolina. The foundation will raise funds separately through annual giving programs such as the Circle of Giving and year-round fundraising initiatives. These funds will be dispersed under the guidance of the foundation’s executive board and advisory committee.

WHAT WE DO
In 2021, the Charitable Foundation of Aiken was established. The foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit fundraising organization which allows donors to make tax deductible contributions to specific beneficiaries. The foundation was formed as an offshoot of Women of Woodside, Inc. (W.O.W.) to complement and expand the impact W.O.W. makes in the community. The alliance created between W.O.W. and the foundation allows both organizations to operate independently and broaden their reach and deepen the positive impact to the Aiken County Community.
